Job Description

  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Prepare and design professional presentations using PowerPoint
  • Maintain and organize filing systems 
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist in preparing reports and internal documents

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Fast and accurate typing skills in Word
  • Preferably residing in or near New Cairo (Fifth Settlement)
