Job Description
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Prepare and design professional presentations using PowerPoint
- Maintain and organize filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in preparing reports and internal documents
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Fast and accurate typing skills in Word
- Preferably residing in or near New Cairo (Fifth Settlement)
