Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to work remotely and assist with product selection and online sales. The primary responsibilities will include:

  • Selecting high-demand products to sell on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Alibaba.
  • Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best prices and terms.
  • Organizing and managing the shipping and delivery process.
  • Listing products in the online store and writing detailed and attractive descriptions.
  • Managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and overseeing stock management and store audits.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyzing sales data and implementing business growth strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitoring website traffic, customer orders, and online conversion rates enhances sales performance and effectiveness.
  • Working closely with planning teams to implement promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Handling customer escalations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience across both online and offline channels.
  • Managing and growing partnerships with aggregator platforms.

Job Requirements

  • The candidates should have 3 or more years of experience in wholesale and retail trade or management, with exposure to e-commerce.
  • Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Alibaba.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate shipping and logistics.
  • Excellent product description writing and listing skills.
  • Experience in working with suppliers and exporters.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and implement business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
