Job Description

-  Prepare visual and textual content in Arabic and English for products, 
and promotions.


-  Coordinate with the design and technical teams to 
have the content prepared and published online. - Monitor the sales and customer interactions to improve sales and achieve targets in terms of sales, products, promotions…etc.

- Analyze E-Commerce D2C user behavior, website traffic & onsite 
performance key metrics to identify key opportunities and implement 
data-driven strategies to enhance sales & conversion rate. 

- Define and implement the promotional strategy for Vision's e-commerce presence, both on Vision's e-commerce as well as e-commerce partners (including marketplaces). - Partner with cross-functional teams to align on E-Commerce activities, help maximize the online customer experience & grow the 
eCommerce business for Vision brands. 

- Manage the online sales operation, order tracking & fulfillment 
including stock control, and delivery to customers - Plan and Analyze the e-commerce strategy, profit, promotions, supporting campaigns, and investments. 

- Build, and develop long-term relationships with E-Commerce partners.


- To achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the 
brand’s online presence. - Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business.


- growth and implement action plans. -  Implement the SEO strategy and keep optimizing on the go

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a relevant field.
  •  Agency experience is preferred.
  • Excellent Command of English & Arabic (Grammar and Punctuation Writing).
  • Professional User of Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
  • Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify,), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
  • knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
