Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Media Buyer to be joining our team. In this role, you will be planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital and traditional advertising platforms. You will be managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on advertising spend. You will also be collaborating with creative teams, marketing strategists, and external partners to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying the best media platforms for paid advertising campaigns.
- Planning and executing paid media campaigns across social media, Google Ads, display networks, and other digital channels.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimizing and adjusting ad placements, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters to improve performance.
- Negotiating and managing media buys with vendors, publishers, and advertising networks.
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Testing and experimenting with different ad formats, audiences, and marketing strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising technologies.
- Managing and tracking media budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum return on investment.
- Reporting and presenting campaign insights, recommendations, and performance analysis to stakeholders.
- Preparing detailed reports with any updates in departmet and reporting them to the direct manager .

Job Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience i in media buying, digital advertising, or PPC campaign management.
- Being proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & nstagram), TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Possess strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Demonstrating expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing
- Managing multiple campaigns and budgets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Being familiar with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or offline media buying is a plus.
- Having experience with e-commerce and direct response advertising is highly desirable.
