Job Description
1. Order Confirmation:
- Call customers to confirm order details and ensure accuracy.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with customer orders.
2. Coordination with Stock House:
- Send confirmed orders to the stock house for preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Monitor the order fulfillment process and update order statuses as needed.
3. Customer Service:
- Handle all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
4.Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order statuses.
- Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Report any issues or delays in order processing to management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Shopify is essential for this role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- English Proficiency: Very Good (Read, Written, and Spoken)
- Very Good in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
