Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and all social media platforms.
- Process online orders, track shipments, and handle customer inquiries/complaints.
- Implement promotions/discounts to boost sales and improve conversion rates.
- Suggest new products to promote products.
- Shoot promoted videos and reels for new products and current offers.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and shopping experience.
- There are mandatory monthly targets to achieve.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Jumia, noon, etc).
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics) and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet quotas
