Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our presence on global e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, iHerb, and others. This includes creating and managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, executing promotional campaigns, and driving online sales growth.
Job Requirements
- Create and manage professional seller accounts on global and regional e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Jumia, etc.)
- Upload and update product listings, ensuring accurate and optimized content (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords)
- Monitor orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to boost sales
- Work closely with the design team to provide high-quality visuals for product listings
- Analyze product performance and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities in the cosmetics sector
