Job Description

·  E-commerce Marketing and Conversion Optimization:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing online sales and conversions.
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior, leveraging data to optimize funnels and drive measurable results.
  • Identify key opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention through personalized marketing campaigns.

·  Email Marketing Program Management:

  • Create, segment, and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage the existing customer base, and drive repeat purchases.
  • Use A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Ensure email content aligns with overall brand voice and marketing goals.

·  Social Media Strategy and Engagement:

  • Oversee and optimize content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Drive audience engagement and growth through regular, high-quality posts and innovative campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting strategies to maintain relevancy and maximize reach.

·  Content and Design Collaboration:

  • Review, critique, and refine marketing content to ensure alignment with USA market.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to enhance design elements, ensuring they resonate with the intended audience.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing assets.

·  Competitive Analysis and Strategic Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth competitive analyses to uncover market trends, audience behavior, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use insights from competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and deliver a stronger market position.
  • Regularly monitor the competitive landscape to inform decision-making and maintain a leading edge in the industry.

Job Requirements

  • 4–8 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in e-commerce)
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels & tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
  • Analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills
  • Creative thinking & strong collaboration skills
  • Experience targeting the USA market is a plus
