Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
  • Assist in crafting the marketing plan and budget to meet business objectives.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and trends to improve brand visibility.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO and manage website updates.
  • Analyze and track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.

Market Research & Brand Development

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Assist in branding, PR, and communication efforts to enhance brand reputation.
  • Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Event & Promotion Management

  • Plan and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and media for brand exposure.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in a marketing role (digital marketing, brand management, or social media).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in retail, tech, or e-commerce industries.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday is off)
