Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Assist in crafting the marketing plan and budget to meet business objectives.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and trends to improve brand visibility.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and manage website updates.
- Analyze and track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
Market Research & Brand Development
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify business opportunities.
- Assist in branding, PR, and communication efforts to enhance brand reputation.
- Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Event & Promotion Management
- Plan and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and media for brand exposure.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a marketing role (digital marketing, brand management, or social media).
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in retail, tech, or e-commerce industries.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
- Location: Heliopolis/Obour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday is off)
