Digital Marketing Specialist

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, an internationally active non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Vienna, renowned for executing impactful projects in over 20 countries since 2003. Their work spans emergency relief, water access, orphan support, and education. To strengthen their visibility and outreach, they are seeking a motivated and creative individual specializing in Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

Website & SEO

• Maintain and enhance a WordPress-based website
• Publish and optimize new content for SEO

Graphic Design & Campaign Materials

• Create flyers, donation appeals, and promotional visuals for social media, newsletters, and print
• Translate communication strategies into compelling visuals

Social Media & Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
• Conduct audience analysis, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

Video Production (optional)

• Experience with social media video content is a plus
• Alternatively, coordinate with external video freelancers
