Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

Recruitment and Hiring: 

  • Develop and post job descriptions and ads. 
  • Use various sourcing methods, like direct headhunting and LinkedIn. 
  • Advertise job openings on multiple platforms. 
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and recommend hires. 
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments. 

Employee Management: 

  • Manage onboarding and training programs. 
  • Oversee skill development initiatives. 
  • Handle administrative tasks, including attendance, leave, payroll, and HR claims. 
  • Managing settings for KPIs.
  • Supervision of attendance, performance, code of conduct, hygiene, etc.

Record Keeping and Policy Development: 

  • Maintain detailed employee records and files. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies. 

Contractor and Freelancer Management: 

  • Coordinate hiring and management of outsourced staff and freelancers. 
  • Manage contracts and payments. 

General HR Support: 

  • Provide support for various HR and administrative tasks as needed. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

Experience and Sector Knowledge: 

  • 4+ years in roles as a HR Generalist
  • Comprehensive experience in full HR cycle, including recruitment, policies, and procedures. 
  • Required: Experience certificates for all positions held. 
  • Preferred to be from IT/Web Development/Digital Marketing, or Engineering companies with products related to our under-development mechatronics and lifting equipment products.

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Excellent time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. 
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks. 
  • Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively. 
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. 

Technical Proficiency: 

  • Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM. 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to conduct online searches effectively. 
  • Fluent in English (clear accent and excellent grammar). 

Personal Attributes: 

  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and physically fit. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently. 
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Presentable appearance.
