Job Purpose:
Support HR functions at the factory level, including recruitment logistics, on-the-job training, retention initiatives, and payroll coordination.
Job Summary:
This role is the face of HR at the factory and works closely with line managers to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Assist with recruitment events and applications
- Support onboarding and buddy system execution
- Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Promote recognition and attendance incentives
- Help track and report HR metrics locally
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field; certificate in HR or business administration preferred
- Experience: 2 to 4 years Proven experience as an HR Generalist; experience in F&B or retail environment preferred
- Technical Skills: Basic literacy and numeracy; good understanding of workplace safety and hygiene
- Behavioral Competencies: Approachable and trustworthy; organized and proactive; communicative and team-oriented
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

- Weekly attendance and referral report
- Monthly new hire integration summary
- Daily/weekly feedback logs
