Job Description
Implement recruitment and selection procedures (interviews, resume screening, and effective collaboration with technical departments).
Prepare detailed employee files, including the completion of all required documents.
Monitor attendance, leave, and vacations, particularly at hotspot sites and projects.
Manage personnel files (contracts, penalties, final sales). Participate in occupational health and safety policies and collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment Department.
Registering workers with social insurance and updating them periodically.
Resolving employee and labor relations issues in accordance with labor law. Coordinating with technical departments to determine the human resource needs of each project.
Contributing to employee performance evaluations and career development procedures.
Preparing periodic reports on recruitment, job turnover, and active labor.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in contracting or project companies.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, if available.
Ability to work in the field and move between locations as needed.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
He must have experience in contracting.
