Job Description
- Oversee daily HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave balances, and employee data with the payroll team.
Manage employee queries, grievances, and escalate where necessary to ensure timely resolution.- Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, performance appraisals, and training coordination.
- Collaborate with line managers to ensure HR policies are consistently implemented across departments.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts and coordination with recruitment agencies or job platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, factory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
- Preferably resident at Zayed or October.
