Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar positions as per the approved manpower plan.
- Manage HR operations through ERP systems, including data entry, employee records, reporting, and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all personnel-related data in both hard copy and digital formats.
- Ensure all employment documentation and legal requirements are completed and up to date.
- Register new hires in HR databases and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Update and manage HR databases with personnel changes including hiring, resignations, and terminations.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and handle fingerprint attendance system operations.
- Support in the preparation of HR reports and metrics when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, including personnel and systems.
- Experience with Odoo ERP system is a big plus.
- Excellent computer skills, and HR databases.
- Experienced in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor law.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
