Our mission is to connect limousine companies with the top 1% of dispatchers, focusing on professionalism, American accents, and exceptional client experiences.
Position: Hybrid HR Specialist Full-time | Hybrid (Cairo Office + Remote)
What You'll Do:
- Talent Acquisition: Scout, interview, and recruit top-tier dispatcher candidates with American accents and technical aptitude
- Training & Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for our 1-month dispatcher certification process
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce our current 50% turnover rate
- Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and conduct biweekly reviews aligned with our 2-minute response time standards
- HR Operations: Manage onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions for our growing team of 50+ dispatchers
- Strategic Planning: Support our quarterly goal of acquiring 5 new accounts by ensuring adequate staffing levels
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, preferably in BPO/outsourcing or customer service environments
- Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Technical Skills: Experience with HR software, performance management systems, and remote team management
- Cultural Fit: Understanding of American business culture and communication styles
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to develop creative solutions for recruitment and retention challenges
