Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR processes, Egyptian labor law, and social insurance regulations. This role will focus on HR execution, employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily HR operations including attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, etc.).
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
• Follow up on social insurance registration and monthly filings.
• Maintain and organize employee files in line with company and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to support their staffing needs.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Support the recruitment process through screening and interview coordination.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in a similar HR operational role.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in mid-sized companies or companies undergoing restructuring is a plus.
