Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team and take ownership of key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid- to senior-level positions.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee performance evaluation programs.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records accurately.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Hospitality experience, particularly in restaurants and hotels, is preferred
