Job Description
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the kindergarten department.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate educational programs.
- Monitor and support teacher performance and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with educational policies, safety regulations, and licensing standards.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a collaborative learning community.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues among staff, parents, or students professionally.
- Regularly assess the learning environment and make improvements as needed.
- Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and parent meetings.
- Ensure effective use of school management systems and reporting tools.
- Promote a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in early childhood education, including time as a Kindergarten Director.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early education.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
