Academic Leadership:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the primary curriculum.

Ensure teaching practices are age-appropriate and aligned with national and/or international standards.

Monitor student progress, assessment practices, and learning outcomes.

Support differentiated instruction and inclusive education.

Staff Supervision:

Lead and support teachers through regular classroom observations, coaching, and development.

Facilitate ongoing professional development and training sessions.

Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Student Development & Wellbeing:

Promote positive behavior, student engagement, and a safe, supportive environment.

Work closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to address academic or behavioral concerns.

Encourage the development of social-emotional skills, creativity, and confidence in young learners.

Administrative Duties:

Develop and manage class schedules, teacher assignments, and annual plans.

Ensure effective communication between school administration, teachers, and parents.

Maintain accurate records related to students, teachers, and academic programs.

Coordinate with health, safety, and special needs departments where necessary.

Parental Engagement:

Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication, workshops, and events.

Address parental concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Promote transparency in student assessment and reporting.
