Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role requires an experienced professional who can manage complex, multi-regional sales operations while inspiring teams to achieve exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Lead and manage sales teams across multiple regions, ensuring consistent performance against targets.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and supply chain departments to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Design territory structures that maximize market coverage and team productivity.
  • Create innovative incentive programs that drive performance and retain top talent.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Provide strategic coaching and development to Area Managers and Branch Sales Managers.
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive sales management experience with demonstrated success.
  • At least 5 years of specialized experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare retail markets.
  • Professional certificates in management or sales are highly preferred.
