Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with excellent communication skills to effectively engage parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Oversee and support the implementation of English Language Teaching methodologies and curricula, ensuring high academic standards.
- Foster a positive behavioral environment through a strong understanding of child psychology and student engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media partners to promote school activities and highlight the institution’s strengths to the community.
- Drive educational excellence by introducing and supporting technical training and classroom management programs for staff.
- Establish, monitor, and assess clear KPIs to continuously improve the quality of teaching and learning
- Set Selection criteria and Interview and hiring process of school personnel, aslo identify hiring
requirements for school. - Review and implement school policies.
- Organize school events and extracurricular activities
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a School Principal or in a senior academic leadership role.
- Strong academic background in education, educational leadership, or related fields.
- Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of teaching methodologies, modern classroom practices, and student welfare.
