Job Description
- Handle and process all export sales orders, ensuring compliance with international regulations
- Communicate with international clients to confirm order details and shipping requirements
- Prepare and manage all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange timely shipments
- Track shipments and update clients on order status and delivery timelines
- Ensure correct application of export laws, trade regulations, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, logistics) to support seamless export operations
- Monitor inventory availability for export orders and coordinate replenishment when needed
- Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, or documentation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and contribute to operational efficiency improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with international clients
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently
