Your Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the Founder, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support. You will help ensure follow-up across departments (sales, operations, admin), maintain structure in a fast-paced environment, and keep leadership updated on key developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal Cairo branch matters when the Founder is remote
- Proactively follow up with Sales, Operations, and Administrative teams to track tasks and deadlines
- Prepare reports, summaries, and business updates (sales performance, operational issues, progress tracking)
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate key communications
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR coordination when needed
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in tracking key business metrics, particularly for sales and operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients when required
Job Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Assistant
- Background or exposure to SaaS, and Logistics industries (is plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, project management tools, and dashboards
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote work setup
