Job Description
- Responsible for Customers operations orders , including from booking Orders until dispatch material and following the Payment terms.
- Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Manage, maintain and track seasonal sample requests Report quality complaints from customers to Technical services and follow up till complaint is closed
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Very good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Degree in any business field
- Good follow up and communication skills
- Giza residence is preferable
