Job Description
- Coordinate and execute daily sales calls and meeting
- Complete preparation and delivery of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and account information.
- Track sales targets, generate regular reports, and analyze performance metrics for management review.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Update and manage customer databases and CRM systems to ensure data integrity
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and assist with account management duties
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
