Vendy Station is revolutionizing the vending machine industry in Egypt with smart technology, branded experiences, and innovative placements across offices, campuses, and public transport hubs. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and support our growing client base.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to Instagram and social media inquiries from potential clients
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone, or email to understand their needs
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather info for accurate offers
- Keep a record of all leads, follow-ups, and client status
- Support marketing campaigns with basic content and communication

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Friendly, organized, and quick to respond
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint
- Comfortable with social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh grads are welcome. - Experience:
0–4 years in sales, marketing, customer support, or administrative roles. - Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Confident speaking with clients over WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Tech & Tools:
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with Canva or other simple design tools is a plus.
- Comfortable using Instagram and other social platforms professionally.
- Work Ethic & Personality:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to follow up.
- Friendly and professional tone in communication.
- Eager to learn and take initiative.
- Able to multitask and stay consistent with follow-ups.
- Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Prior experience in proposal writing or CRM tools.
- Interest in tech, vending, or retail innovation.
