Job Description
- Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and inventory databases.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including documentation and filing.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
