Job Description

  • Gather and document all CEO-assigned actions through meetings, emails, or a designated platform.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing action status, team performance, and overall progress toward CEO goals.
  • Prioritize actions based on urgency and CEO emphasis.
  • Set realistic deadlines and track progress
  • Schedule regular meetings to discuss assigned actions.
  • Communicate action details, desired outcomes, and deadlines.
  • Foster open communication between the CEO and different teams of the company.
  • track the progress of each action across all the teams.
  • Regularly monitor progress and provide updates to the CEO, highlighting achievements and potential roadblocks.
  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritizing and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on the CEO’s behalf.
  • Prepare briefing materials and taking points for meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.


 

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, CEO assistant or executive administrative assistant
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Resident of Nasr City or nearby areas.
