Job Description
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Draft, review, and manage business correspondence (emails, reports, documents)
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Handle calls and inquiries professionally, filtering as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners (especially in tourism-related matters)
- Support basic financial tracking (invoices, receipts, expense reports)
- Assist in planning internal events or client visits
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Provide general administrative support to executives and team members
Job Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or admin
- A background in tourism companies is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English; other languages are a bonus
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset
