Job Description

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Draft, review, and manage business correspondence (emails, reports, documents)
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
  • Handle calls and inquiries professionally, filtering as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners (especially in tourism-related matters)
  • Support basic financial tracking (invoices, receipts, expense reports)
  • Assist in planning internal events or client visits
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and team members

Job Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or admin
  • A background in tourism companies is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English; other languages are a bonus
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset
