Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, and conferences.
- Oversee and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and requests.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and anticipate the CEO’s needs proactively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both in verbal and written form.
- Must be highly presentable with a polished and professional appearance suitable for a high-end role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, booking travel, expense management, and calendar management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic
