Job Description
Konouz Egypt is looking for a highly professional and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, meetings, and high-level communications. This role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare, organize, and review documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
* Serve as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
* Take detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
* Coordinate logistics for events, site visits, and heritage-related projects.
* Assist with office management and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
* Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
* Professional, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
