Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Manage the CBO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle all email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Manage the float of the division, expenses and facility requirements.
Research & Analysis:
- Ability to conduct market researches in Egypt and outside to identify trends and opportunities in construction inside and outside Egypt.
- Analyze data to support business development strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Create pivot tables and analyzing/monitoring tools to track business progress.
- Follow up on news and create reports with recommendations on potential opportunities/clients.
Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication with the CBO
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during discussions.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Support the CBO in various administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to business growth and sustainability.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
