Incubation Specialist for Entrepreneurship Center

• Develop and coordinate incubation programs to support startups through their
early stages of growth.
• Lead and coordinate mentorship and guidance programs to startup companies
in areas such as business strategy, market analysis, fundraising, and team
building, etc.
• Identify and provide resources and partnerships to support startups, including
access to funding, mentorship, and legal and accounting services.
• Organize and facilitate events and workshops that strengthen relationships
with investors, mentors, and other stakeholders in green entrepreneurship
ecosystem.
• Having experience in EU-funded projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, industry experts, and other
stakeholders to help startups access resources and gain visibility.
• Evaluate the progress of startups and provide feedback to entrepreneurs and
stakeholders.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
related to startups’ incubation programs
• Coordinate with other teams within the entrepreneurship center to ensure that
incubation programs are integrated with other initiatives and resources offered
by the center.
• Collaborate with other members/ecosystem to create supportive and inclusive
community for startups.
• Identify and prioritize potential donors, partners, and sponsors for the
entrepreneurship program.
