Job Description
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Analyze and assess current business processes across departments to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Standardize and document processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Performance Management & KPIs:
- Define and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure departmental and organizational efficiency.
- Support business units in setting targets and identifying gaps between actual and desired performance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
Quality & Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ISO, EFQM).
- Facilitate audits, assessments, and readiness for certifications.
- Recommend corrective actions and track implementation for continuous compliance.
Business Transformation Projects:
- Lead or support strategic transformation and change management projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives.
- Contribute to innovation and digitization projects that enhance business efficiency.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Provide training and workshops to employees on business excellence tools and frameworks.
- Support knowledge management and internal best practice sharing.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate progress and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Present business insights and strategic recommendations based on findings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, quality assurance, or related roles.
- Proven experience in using data analytics to drive operational improvements and decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to senior management clearly and effectively.
- Experience in developing and enforcing SOPs and quality benchmarks.
- Ability to monitor service quality and propose performance enhancement strategies.
