Job Description
- Design as-is business process diagrams, trigger Inefficiencies, gaps, loops, bottlenecks, Etc...
- Streamline business process workflows ensuring non value added activities elimination.
- Analyze process performance transactional data and propose improvements actions.
- Participate with IT system teams in process digitization, digitalization, and automation.
- Facilitate kaizen events, improvement projects using problem-solving tools and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Conduct compliance audits and follow up corrective actions against standards and frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration, information system or relevant.
- Proper communication and change management skills are a must.
- Project management and Presentation skills (Required)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Built (Required)
- ISO 9001 Lead audit (Preferred)
- Business Analysis (Preferred)
