As a Call Center Representative at CataLeads Systems, you’ll be on the frontlines of our fulfillment team, responsible for cold calling U.S.-based homeowners to book high-quality seller appointments for our real estate agent clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call U.S. homeowners daily using our dialer + CRM systems (300+ calls/day)
- Follow proven scripts to handle objections, qualify leads, and book appointments
- Hit weekly conversion goals (30%+ target from lead to booked call)
- Provide daily reports and log detailed notes in GoHighLevel CRM
- Collaborate with our client success and fulfillment teams
Receive coaching and feedback to sharpen your skills every week - Help us uncover gaps in the lead generation process — and make it better
Job Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
- 1+ year of cold calling or phone sales experience
- Exceptional spoken English (C1+ level)
- Comfortable making 300+ outbound dials per day
- Obsessed with details, data, and dialing with purpose
- Coachable, resilient, and hungry to earn more
- Bonus: Real estate cold calling experience
- Bonus: Familiar with GoHighLevel, Five9, Slack, or CRMs
