Job Description
- Answer calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about hospital services, doctors, clinics and appointment availability.
- Schedule , confirm and cancel patient appointments using hospital's system.
- Handle patient inquiries, requests and complaints with empathy, ensuring issues are escalated to the relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate call records, patient information and documentation in hospital's database.
- follow hospital policies and confidentiality guideline.
Job Requirements
- previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong Communication skills in Arabic and English ( written and spoken ).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
