Job Description

  • Answer calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about hospital services, doctors, clinics and appointment availability.
  • Schedule , confirm and cancel patient appointments using hospital's system.
  • Handle patient inquiries, requests and complaints with empathy, ensuring issues are escalated to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate call records, patient information and documentation in hospital's database.
  • follow hospital policies and confidentiality guideline.

Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong Communication skills in Arabic and English ( written and spoken ).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
