Job Description
Job Summary
Support the implementation of the approved corporate strategy by managing the development and follow-up of annual business plans and strategic and operational objectives. This includes monitoring initiatives, measuring strategic and operational performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment and integration of departmental efforts with company goals, and enhancing tracking mechanisms and reporting to ensure achievement of desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Annual Business Planning
Coordinate the development and approval of annual business plans aligned with strategic goals, ensuring all departmental objectives and initiatives are integrated. Provide analytical support to leadership teams in setting objectives and initiatives based on comprehensive data. - Performance Monitoring Tools
Implement and maintain systems to track business plan objectives and initiatives using automated tools integrated with the company’s systems, enabling real-time performance monitoring and stakeholder interaction. - Plan Execution and Reporting
Oversee the implementation of the business plan and its initiatives, prepare analytical performance reports, and ensure regular input from departments to support executive and board-level decision-making. - Departmental Coordination
Monitor initiative execution across departments and collaborate with department heads to address delays or performance gaps.

2 | Objectives & Initiatives Integration | Ensure strategic objectives, initiatives, and KPIs are continuously updated and linked to automated systems, with real-time monitoring enabled for all stakeholders. |
3 | Performance Tracking | Monitor strategic and operational performance using KPIs, track initiative progress, analyze variances, and coordinate with departments for corrective actions. |
4 | Periodic Reporting & Analysis | Prepare comprehensive performance reports for executive management and the board, including challenges, insights, and recommendations. |
5 | Coordination of Review Meetings | Organize regular performance review meetings, prepare analytical content and presentation materials, and ensure participant readiness. |
6 | Follow-Up on Corrective Actions | Document and track the implementation of action items and recommendations from review meetings within set deadlines. |
7 | Risk Analysis & Updates | Contribute to updating the corporate risk register, assess risks’ impact on objectives and initiatives, and recommend mitigation or corrective measures. |
8 | Tools & Process Enhancement | Support the development and improvement of planning and performance monitoring policies, templates, guidelines, and mechanisms. |
9 | Initiative Integration & Alignment | Ensure alignment of initiatives and projects with strategic objectives and coordinate across departments to promote synergy. |
10 | Strategy Communication & Culture | Help build a strategic mindset across the organization by promoting awareness of corporate vision and strategic goals through ongoing communication and training initiatives. |
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning or in operating a strategy management office (SMO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
