job Brief

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales & Business Development Account Manager to drive revenue growth by nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying business expansion opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio, combining expert account management with new business development to maximize sales and market impact .

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring strong RTM (relationship-to-market) and business continuity.
  • Identify, develop, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, aligning with sales/Fund quotas and strategic objectives.
  • Proactively track and forecast monthly/quarterly targets, reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategy.
  • Discover and pursue new funding/business opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate and represent the organization at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Lead and execute innovative fundraising activities that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Champion a customer-centric experience, promptly resolving queries and fostering lasting loyalty

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • From 3-5 Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Target oriented
  • Passionate about influencing and promoting ideas.
  • Excellent English skill.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
