We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales & Business Development Account Manager to drive revenue growth by nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying business expansion opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio, combining expert account management with new business development to maximize sales and market impact .
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring strong RTM (relationship-to-market) and business continuity.
- Identify, develop, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, aligning with sales/Fund quotas and strategic objectives.
- Proactively track and forecast monthly/quarterly targets, reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategy.
- Discover and pursue new funding/business opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate and represent the organization at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
- Lead and execute innovative fundraising activities that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Champion a customer-centric experience, promptly resolving queries and fostering lasting loyalty
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- From 3-5 Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Target oriented
- Passionate about influencing and promoting ideas.
- Excellent English skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
