Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. eB2B Customer Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing e-retail customers (Amazon, Jumia, Noon, etc.).
    • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to meet customer needs and drive growth.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential new eB2B customers.
    • Develop strategies to acquire new accounts and expand market reach.
    • Explore industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  3. Inventory and Logistics:
    • Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
    • Coordinate logistics, including shipping, delivery, and returns.
    • Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
  4. Product Descriptions and SKUs:
    • Create detailed product descriptions for e-retail platforms.
    • Optimize product listings with accurate SKUs, pricing, and images.
    • Ensure consistency across platforms.
  5. Payments and Invoicing:
    • Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
    • Work closely with finance teams to reconcile accounts.
    • Monitor payment cycles and follow up on outstanding payments.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.
    • Generate reports on performance metrics.
    • Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
  7. Close Follow-Up:
    • Regularly communicate with e-retail partners to track progress.
    • Address any issues promptly and proactively.
    • Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B eCommerce account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and tools.
  • Fluent in English
