Job Description

  • Conducting and following up on market research, competitor analysis, identifying market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Developing target segments and identifying appropriate channels for communication and marketing (Segmentation – Targeting – Positioning).
  • Building and promoting brand positioning and increasing brand awareness among target markets.
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring the execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans after approval, and linking them to sales and marketing performance analysis.
  • Preparing marketing budgets and allocating them to various campaigns and activities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Supervising the design and management of digital and non-digital marketing campaigns and ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proposing strategies for developing the company’s real estate products based on market feedback and customer responses, in coordination with the Business Development Department.
  • Following up on the implementation of promotional plans, content, and advertisements across all platforms.
  • Responsible for preserving, developing, and overseeing the implementation of all aspects of the company’s visual identity for any promotional materials, through the Visual Identity and Creative Department.
  • Responsible for preparing, designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization and coordination of the company’s conferences, exhibitions, and all events.
  • Leading marketing teams, developing their skills, monitoring their performance, and motivating them to be creative.
  • Continuous coordination with the Sales Department to align objectives and achieve desired results.
  • Continuously measuring marketing performance and preparing periodic reports for senior management.
  • Supporting internal marketing initiatives (Internal Branding) in coordination with the Human Resources Department.


 

Job Requirements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in the real estate sector with an extensive network of relationships and strong data analysis skills.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant hands-on experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others)
