Job Description

  • Develop strategies to attract and recruit pool of candidate using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Participate in designing, building and implementing recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Propose the recruitment budget to be submitted to the HR manager for approval.
  • Prepare Annual Manpower Plan with Department Heads & submit it for approvals. 
  • Coordinate with the OD senior specialist  all replacement, rotation and transfers 
  • Create and update the recruitment database regularly. 
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks for all levels of management. 
  • Maintain up-to-date staffing reports and all related to staffing communications. 
  • Manage the employment fairs and handling the CVs collected in order to support the bank database. 
  • Resource potential candidates through uploading Job announcement in various media, employment fairs and recruitment agencies to refer and recommend to the interviewers after the screening phase (CV and phone screening).
  • Negotiate and send offer letters to the accepted candidates to ensure complete work operations. 
  • Communicate with recruitment service providers to follow up on the required post and to ensure they full awareness of the requirements.
  • Announce through company internal communication channels vacancies available in the plan to attract potential candidates within the referral to minimize hiring cost as much as we can.
  • Analyze the data received from different resources in order to define efficiency of the resources.
  • Present reports to the management to ensure their full awareness of the process (department) detailed performance and objective achievement (turnover analysis, probation period analysis, achieved reports…) 

Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility

Job Requirements

  • University degree 
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience in recruitment
  • HR Diploma is a must.
  • Excellent English written & spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent Organization and Communication Skills
