Job Description

  • Respond to wholesale inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Explain the company's wholesale philosophy and requirements to interested customers.
  • Identify and develop relationships with target wholesale customers.
  • Work with new wholesale customers from initial call to full cooperation.
  • Help move the business forward in its strategic plan.
  • Communicating sales objectives and targets to different Area Sales Supervisors and allocate the needed resources accordingly across the sales plan.
  • Divide areas and locations of sales activities according to resources, potential customers/ clients and assign accordingly the Company’s sales objectives.
  • Set and prepare the category annual sales plan in collaboration with the Local Sales Manager.
  • Conducting different market and client researches, studying consumers’ behaviour and exploring new prospect opportunities.
  • Conduct visits and meetings with wholesales dealers and developing new sales leads and maintaining a constant awareness of market’s activities.
  • Calculate and distribute sales bonuses granted to wholesalers in an accurate manner.
  • Follow up and monitor the daily sales logistics related activities in coordination with the Supply Chain Department.
  • Manage and supervise Sales Representatives routes and provide them with timely coaching and support during the daily sales operations.
  • Investigate market status and clients’ sales activities and taking timely preventive and corrective actions towards products smugglers.
  • Manage and follow up on sales collection cycle in collaboration with the Company’s Finance department.
  • Monitoring sales staff’s performance and communicate with the Company’s HR department for monthly commissions and bonuses payment.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the FMCG field (2-3 years of experience in Wholesale in FMCGs is a MUST).
  • Languages: Fluent English.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
