Job Description

Key Responsibilities  
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in frozen food sectors.   
• Lead product launches, including positioning, packaging, and promotional campaigns.  
• Create compelling marketing materials (digital/print) compliant with FDA/USDA regulations and industry standards.  
• Manage the brand’s online presence (website, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns) to engage target audiences.  
• Partner with sales teams to design trade promotions, point-of-sale materials, and retailer-specific campaigns.  
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to foster partnerships.  
• Oversee relationships with external agencies (advertising, PR, design) to ensure cohesive messaging.  
• Analyze sales data, campaign ROI, and customer insights to refine strategies.  
• Monitor KPIs (market share growth, lead generation, digital engagement) and report to senior leadership.  
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation across channels.  
• Ensure all marketing claims adhere to food safety, labeling, and health regulations.  
• Advocate for sustainability initiatives and product differentiators (e.g., non-GMO, organic).  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.  
• 8+ years in marketing, preferably in FMCG/food manufacturing.  
• Proven success in managing digital campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches.  
• Familiarity with food industry regulations and supply chain dynamics.  
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite).  
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management abilities.  
• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental and external collaboration.
