Job Description

  • Lead and supervise the membership sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide guidance and support where needed.
  • Implement sales techniques to maximize conversions and revenue generation.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from inquiry to membership activation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Handle escalated client concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist in the execution of the club's membership strategy in line with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align campaigns and communication.
  • Participate in membership promotions, events, and open house days to attract new members.
  • Prepare regular reports on membership sales, inquiries, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to adjust the sales approach as needed.
  • Recommend improvements in membership plans, pricing, and sales approaches.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new membership consultants.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Encourage teamwork, motivation, and professional growth among the sales team.
  • Ensure that membership contracts and documentation are correctly filled, updated, and stored.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment processing and activation.
  • Monitor CRM systems to ensure lead tracking and follow-up efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based organization (clubs, hospitality, etc.). Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Good knowledge of CRM and membership systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
