About the Role: 

As the Sales Manager at World Gate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our sales team and driving success in new and existing markets. You’ll lead a team of sales consultants, ensuring they deliver top-tier service to high-net-worth clients. You'll also work closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategies and ensure we continue to deliver the best global citizenship and residency solutions. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support World Gate’s expansion into new markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and key partners, ensuring long-term success.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance our service offering and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of proven success in sales management, ideally within the citizenship or residency industry, or a similar high-net-worth client-focused role. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. 
  • Strong understanding of global citizenship and residency programs, with the ability to guide both clients and the sales team effectively. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strategic mindset, self-motivated, and results-driven
