Job Description
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Manager with solid experience in the residential property market in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement) , to join our team and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering a high-quality service to clients.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve set targets.
- The candidate should have proven experience in separate building selling in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement) .
- Study the market and analyse competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop sales strategies and drive sales growth.
- Communicate with clients and provide expert real estate consultancy.
- Negotiate and close real estate deals professionally.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors.
- The applicant should demonstrate a clear understanding of real estate marketing techniques, market trends, and client targeting methods.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market,separate building selling in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement) including available developers.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate the sales team.
