Job Description
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Manager with solid experience in the residential property market in New Cairo(including Fifth Settlement, Beit Al Watan, Al Narges, and North Al Rehab), to join our team and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering a high-quality service to clients.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Study the market and analyse competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop sales strategies and drive sales growth.
- Communicate with clients and provide expert real estate consultancy.
- Negotiate and close real estate deals professionally.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market,separate building selling in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement-including Fifth Settlement, Beit Al Watan, Al Narges, and North Al Rehab) including available developers.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate the sales team.
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and property advertisements.
- Very good in English.
