Job Description
1. Implementing approved sales plans and achieving the monthly sales target.
2. Receiving incoming calls via the call center and landlines, or following up with direct and indirect sales companies, and receiving daily visits within the branch and other branches of the company in preparation for the sale of residential and commercial units for the company's various projects.
3. Listening to customer requirements and providing appropriate presentations to complete the sale.
4. Following up with previous and new customers via telephone, email, and other communication methods to inform them of the company's offers and update them on the company's new projects.
5. Negotiating the terms of the sales agreement and closing the deal in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.
6. Thoroughly studying the market, competitors, and projects to be able to negotiate with customers.
7. Negotiating with customers and overcoming any objections regarding delivery, prices, and specifications.
8. Preparing reservation and contract reports when necessary to identify the units reserved and sold to ensure there is no confusion between them during sales processes and to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
9- Regular and ongoing CRM monitoring.
10- Visit the site with any customer upon request.
